Shannon undertook a project to resolve inflow of storm water to the underside of our house to prevent property damage, a full two-week job. Shannon was prepared to take on work that others may have declined in search of ‘easy work’. Shannon was always very easy to deal with and always did his best to work in with his client’s needs. He certainly appeared to gain genuine satisfaction from helping his clients to solve their problems. He was very capable and professional in the way he went about his work and he achieved a very successful outcome for the project.
